Register Online
Online Registration will be open January 1, 2018.
First time users will need to create an account in order to register. Please click on the Register button in the top right hand corner to create an account and register a player, or use the button at the bottom of this page.
Full payment of the registration fee is required at the time of registration. If you are interested in applying for financial aid, please contact [email protected] application process. Recipients of financial assistance will be provided a coupon code to register a player in our online system.
Registration will remain open until March 1, 2018 for all baseball and softball divisions except the Tee Ball division, which will remain open until March 15, 2018. Registrations received after these dates will be accommodated on a space available basis and subject to a $20 late fee.
Little League requires that you show proof of residency and age. The proof of age is required for new players only and not returning players. Proof of residency is required for new players or current players who have moved. You will need to bring these documents to us in order for registration to be completed. Fundraising - Big Deal Cards
Big Deal Cards are a mandatory fundraiser that all players must participate in. The proceeds provide much needed funds to help maintain fields and equipment. Each player must purchase 5 Big Deal Cards for $50 along with the registration fee. These cards contain excellent discounts to over 20 local businesses. Big Deal Cards can then be sold for $10 each, which allows players to recoup their initial cost. Additional cards may be purchased in quantities of 5 for $25. Many find it easy to sell the original 5 cards and purchase additional Big Deal Cards to sell, making $5 on each card sold.
Financial Aid
It is the policy of Bend South Little League that every child should have an opportunity to play baseball/softball regardless of their financial situation. We provide a number of scholarships to families each year. Please contact [email protected] for further information.
Refund Policy
For Baseball Divisions with tryouts: Registration fees will be refunded in full, prior to the date of the first tryout. 50% of the fee will be refunded after tryouts and prior to the first scheduled practice day. Once practices have started, there will be no refunds.
For All Other Divisions (T-Ball, Farm, Minor American and Softball): Registration fees will be refunded in full prior to the close of registration. 50% of the fee will be refunded prior to the first scheduled practice day. Once practices have started, there will be no refunds.
